Terms & Conditions

New businesses joining Voliya are offered a 4-month free trial with full access to platform features at no cost. During this period, there is:

• No subscription fee or payment required
• No obligation to continue beyond the trial
• Full access to promotion creation, campaigns, and analytics
• Priority placement during platform launch phase

At the end of the 4-month trial, continuation is mutually agreed between Voliya and your business based on measurable outcomes. Voliya will not automatically charge, bill, or lock you into any agreement.

Potential continuation metrics (any one of which may be used):

• A defined number of customer views or engagements per month
• Measurable traffic referrals to your business from Voliya
• Documented customer conversions (promo codes, check-ins)
• Your team's qualitative feedback on value delivered

If metrics are not met or you choose not to continue, the relationship ends cleanly with no fees, no penalties, and no hard feelings.

You grant Voliya a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the business information you provide (name, description, logo, photos, promotions, flyers, locations) on the Voliya platform for the duration of your listing.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• All information submitted is accurate and up to date
• You own or have rights to any images, logos, and content uploaded
• Your promotions and offers are honoured as advertised
• Content complies with Fijian law and does not infringe third-party rights

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent promotions
• List products or services that are illegal in Fiji
• Attempt to circumvent platform security or rate limits
• Use Voliya to harass, spam, or mislead consumers
• Reproduce or redistribute Voliya's design, code, or data

Violations may result in immediate removal of your listing without notice.

When you register, Voliya collects:

• Business details (name, category, description, contact, locations)
• Contact person name, email, and phone number
• IP address and user agent (for security and fraud prevention)
• Consent to these Terms (timestamp and version)

We use this data only to operate the platform, communicate with you, and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You may request removal of your business listing at any time by emailing joka@voliya.online. Upon request, your listing and all associated promotions will be removed within 48 hours.

Voliya reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms, without notice.

Voliya provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific sales, traffic, or conversion results. While we work hard to keep the platform reliable and available, we are not liable for:

• Loss of business or revenue
• Platform downtime or technical issues
• Disputes between businesses and consumers
• Third-party actions (payment processors, email providers, hosting)

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered businesses with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji. Any disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation first, and if needed, through the courts of Fiji.
